Welcome to Archers in Motion (AIM). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AIM mobile application ("App") provided by Archers In Motion, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using AIM, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use AIM.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using AIM, you agree to use the App responsibly and not engage in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, abusive, offensive, or defamatory content. Any misuse of the App may result in termination of your access to AIM.

3. Registration and Account Security

Users may need to register to use AIM. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Archers In Motion, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.

AIM may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, within the United States of America. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts in the State of Maryland.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

AIM is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of AIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to AIM, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
