Archers In Motion was founded on a single guiding principle: connection. Our goal is to connect enthusiasts within the archery space, engage beginners eager to delve deeper, and unite aficionados who wish to share new tips and tricks. The AIM app, our events, and the entire company, are built upon the shared enjoyment of archery, celebrating the memories and experiences it brings.
AIM TEAM
At present, the Archers In Motion team consists of brothers Caleb and Ben Anthony. Both were raised in a home where their connection to the outdoors started earlier than they can remember. Sharing a mutual love for nature, hunting, and notably, archery, the brothers ventured into competitive shooting during their mid-teens. Despite leaving the competitive arena after some success to pursue other interests, they remained engrossed in the meticulous and obsessive world of archery hunting, never losing their passion.

The concept of a platform to engage, educate, and ultimately connect hunters with others in their vicinity was conceived by Caleb. He brought this idea to life through the AIM app to further this mission. Today, Caleb oversees all operations of AIM, serves as a Pro Staff, managing AIM events within the Central Maryland Region, and also acts as an AIM Mentor. Ben likewise serves as a Pro Staff in the Southeastern PA region, where he manages AIM events and also takes on the role of an AIM Mentor.
